Street Beatz is a street and hip hop class for ages 11-16. The class looks into the technique of the foundation skills of the hip hop genre focusing on many styles within street dance.
In the class you will learn how to master the techniques of poppin' and waving, and also have a go at breakdance moves. the emphasis is on finding your own style and gaining confidence through dance.
We also work on routines in a fusion funk style (mixing poppin', lockin', waving, tutting, breaking, etc all within one piece). It is a fun class with performance opportunities and lots of laughs with friends.
